Of course. Almost 50% of our patients have statutory insurance.. Any patient can make an appointment at the DERMATOLOGIKUM HAMBURG regardless of their insurance status, and receives a transparent invoice in writing in accordance with the medical fee schedule.

Answer:

3 // I would like to always be treated by the same doctor. Is that possible?
Answer:
Of course. If you would like to be treated by a specific doctor, please make the reception aware of your wishes when arranging your appointment. The reception staff generally always try to ensure you can be treated continually by the same specialist.

Answer:
The DERMATOLOGIKUM HAMBURG has the following opening hours: Mondays to Fridays non-stop from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. In addition, special appointments can be arranged at any time if required. Answer:
No, the DERMATOLOGIKUM HAMBURG offers its consultations all year round without restriction (there may be emergency consultations on national holidays).
7 // How do I make an appointment for clinical cosmetics?
Answer:
You only receive an appointment for clinical cosmetics once a specialist for dermatology has examined you and deemed it necessary, for example in case of acne, rosacea or perioralen Dermatitis. Follow-up appointments can then be arranged directly with cosmetic medicine on

Answer:
We offer patients who go undergo a desensitisation treatment at the DERMATOLOGIKUM HAMBURG the possibility to come within our surgery hours without an appointment.
9 // How do I get help in the event of an emergency at night, at the weekend or on national holidays?
Answer:

Answer:
The DERMATOLOGIKUM HAMBURG is located in the city centre and can be reached via various underground lines and HVV buses from the Gänsemarkt and Stephansplatz stops. From both stops it is only a short distance on foot. Show map.

Answer:

Answer:
Yes, the DERMATOLOGIKUM HAMBURG has disabled access. However, it would be helpful if you informed the reception when making your appointment so that assistance can be arranged from the reception to the consultation room.
13 // How much does a consultation cost?
Answer:
An appointment for a consultation and examination, including a light microscopy assessment of your skin, is charged in accordance with the medical fee schedule articles 1, 7 and 750 and costs around EUR 50. If this basic examination is followed by further investigations or therapy, the costs will rise in accordance with the appropriate articles from the medical fee schedule.
14 // Why are the reception staff not always able to inform me in advance how much my treatment will cost?
Answer:
The reception staff are unfortunately not always able to provide this service, as they cannot predict what diagnostic measures and therapy the doctor in the outpatient dermatology department will perform.
